Your benefits are designed to help you be fully present in all of life’s moments. This year’s enrollment is passive, but it’s still your best chance to make sure your coverage fits.

When you’re ready, click “Enroll” at the top of this screen. For more, visit the AE Page on Homebase.

Note: The ABC and Homebase are available through SSO to the Asurion network or with your username and password. No password is required for the info share.

New programs at no extra cost

Sword, Nox and Omada target joint pain, pelvic health, sleep and weight for UnitedHealthcare members.

Medical premiums are rising

Asurion still covers 86% of the total cost, on average.

Save more, pretax

HSA and Healthcare FSA limits are higher.

Dental, vision and voluntary coverage

No rate changes.

Lyra

Eight free coaching or therapy sessions per year; ongoing care continues through your medical plan.

Backup care

Still 10 days, with up to five with a caregiver from your personal network.

Most of your elections carry forward into 2027 automatically. Think of that as a safety net, not a reason to skip Annual Enrollment.

  • HSA and FSA elections don’t carry forward. The IRS requires a new election each year.
  • Changes are limited after Annual Enrollment. The IRS restricts most changes unless you have a qualified life event.
  • Your confirmation statement is your final check. Call the ABC by December 15 to correct your elections before they’re locked in.

NEW: Alight Assistant

This AI-enabled tool on the ABC answers benefit questions, compares your options, and explains eligibility, coverage and plan details, so a passive enrollment is still a well-informed one.

Based on anonymous, aggregated health trends (never individual health information), we’re adding support where it can make the biggest difference. These programs come at no extra cost with UnitedHealthcare medical coverage, and covered dependents age 18+ are eligible too.

Sword Health

Sword Thrive
A dedicated Doctor of Physical Therapy builds a personalized program for joint, back and muscle pain, which you complete at home in the Sword Health app. Open to ages 13+.

Sword Bloom
A Women’s Health Specialist builds a private, at-home plan for pelvic health concerns like bladder leakage, period pain, pregnancy discomfort and postpartum issues. For female employees, spouses and dependents age 18+.

Nox Medical

Better quality sleep is within reach with a proven program for identifying and addressing sleep concerns.

Omada

Personal coaching to help you build healthier habits, reach weight loss goals and manage chronic conditions.

Using a GLP-1 for weight management? Beginning in 2027, participation in Omada is required for continued coverage of the medication.

Healthcare costs continue to rise nationwide, so medical premiums are increasing for both Asurion and employees in 2027.

  • Asurion still pays the majority: 86% of the total cost of medical coverage, on average, across all plans and coverage levels.
  • Employee-only coverage stays as affordable as possible: A modest adjustment to our dependent coverage subsidy brings it closer to market practices.
  • See your cost: Rate sheets on the ABC show your 2027 premiums for each option.

Compare medical plans.

Pretax accounts lower your taxable income, which is one way to offset rising healthcare costs. You must make a new election to contribute in 2027.

Good news: dental and vision costs and plan designs stay the same, with continued coverage through Delta Dental and VSP and three options for each. Rates for accident, critical illness, hospital indemnity and voluntary life insurance aren’t changing, either.

Nothing’s changing, but your needs may have, so take a fresh look.

Lyra remains available for convenient, high-quality coaching and therapy, with up to eight no-cost sessions per eligible individual, per year (down from 12).

  • Why the change: Most people who use Lyra complete their care within six sessions.
  • Need ongoing care? Behavioral health and substance use benefits through UnitedHealthcare and Kaiser are unchanged, in person or virtual, with no annual session limit.
  • Good to know: Lyra’s provider network is separate from our medical plan networks.
